Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return the product within 30 days for a full refund minus a $4.95 restocking fee. If you order a replacement item, the stocking fee is waived. The cost of Return postage is your responsiblity. Please check the “Info” tab for return address and complete details.


Warranty

What is your warranty?
Most of our manufacturers offer a one year warranty. Please check the “Info” tab for warranty information on each manufacturer.


Cancellation

How do I cancel my order?
Email us at: Service@GogglesGiant.com. Include the word “Cancel” and your order number in the subject line. We will cancel your order and confirm the cancellation by email.


Repair

Can I send my goggles to you for repair?
We do not repair goggles. Click on Warranty in the “Info” tab for contact information on the manufacturer. They can direct you to a repair service.


Shipping

What method do you use for shipping?
UPS Ground and US Postal Ground, depending upon your location.



How long will shipping take?
You should have your order within 10 days. If an item is out-of-stock, we will notify you by email.



Can I pay for faster shipping?
No. We offer only UPS or Postal Ground at this time.



Can I ship to an address that’s different from my Bill-to?
Yes.



What countries will you ship Oakley?
We ship Oakley products only to the 50 United States.




Credit Cards

What credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Master Card and American Express. We do not accept international credit cards.



When do you charge my credit card?
We do not charge your credit card until the order ships.

What is the status of my order?

I have a question about a specific product?
All of the information we have is on our web site. We have no additional information.



Is my product in-stock?
Most of our products are in-stock. If we sell out of the item you ordered, we will notify you by email.



What countries do you sell to?
United States, England and Canada only.



Can I pick up my order?
No. All orders are shipped from a central warehouse. You cannot pick up your order from our retail stores or warehouse.

What countries will you ship Oakley?
We ship Oakley products only to the 50 United States.



Do Oakley orders appear on the same shopping cart?
All Oakley products are on another site that is designed especially for Oakley. If you order any Oakley products, they will appear on a separate shopping cart from the rest of your order.

How long has Goggles Giant been in business?
Goggles Giant has been an Action Sports retailer since 1987. We are Authorized Dealers for all of our brands.



Can I get a coupon?
